What we do
Renting a room should not take weeks of messaging strangers. We do the groundwork first, then put everything a tenant needs to decide on a single page.
We prepare every listing properly
Before a room goes on the site we record the rent, the deposit, the minimum stay, how utilities are charged, the size and type of the room, what furniture comes with it and what the unit already has. The photos show the actual room, not a stock image of a similar one. If something is missing or shared, the listing says so.
We show the real cost up front
Hidden fees are the most common complaint in Singapore's rental market. Every Roomify room page shows the full monthly rent, the deposit in months, the minimum stay and the utilities arrangement before you contact us. Tenants pay us no agent fee at any point.
We make the condo as clear as the room
A room is only half the decision. Each listing links to a condo page with the facilities you can use, the nearest MRT station and the walk to it, what is around the block, and a map. You can judge the commute and the neighbourhood before you spend a Saturday travelling to a viewing.
We answer, and we keep answering
Send an enquiry by WhatsApp or the contact form and a real person replies, usually within one working day. The same team arranges the viewing, walks you through the agreement and stays reachable after you have the keys, so a broken air-con or a question about the house rules has one place to go.

Roomify is growing room by room, and we add new listings every week. We would rather expand slowly and keep every listing accurate than publish hundreds of rooms we have not seen.
