The things tenants usually ask before booking a viewing.
How much is the deposit?
Usually one month's rent, refunded when you move out if the room is returned in good condition. Each room page shows its deposit.
What is the minimum stay?
Most rooms need 3 to 6 months. Private property rules in Singapore set a minimum of 3 months. The exact minimum is on each room page.
Are utilities included?
Many rooms include electricity, water and WiFi up to a monthly cap. Anything above the cap is shared. Each room page says what's included.
Which passes do you accept?
Employment Pass, S Pass, Student Pass, Dependant Pass, Work Holiday Pass, PR and Singapore citizens. Ask us about other passes.
Is there an agent fee?
No. Tenants don't pay an agent fee.
Can I cook?
It depends on the unit. Some allow full cooking, others light cooking only. Check the house rules on the room page.
How do I book a viewing?
Press Book this room on any room page and send the form by WhatsApp or email. We reply within one working day to arrange a time.
